PAYMENT

We ask that you pay at the time of service. We do not accept insurance at this time.

Your appointment time is set aside for you. In case of an emergency, if you need to cancel or change your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice otherwise you will be responsible for full payment of the session.

Costs

  • Typical cost per session: $250 for 50 minutes

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Venmo, Cash, Check, Credit card

Before coming to your first session, please complete the Patient Information Form. Filling this out prior to arrival will prevent you having to spend your session time on paperwork.  When you press the "send" button at the bottom of the form, your information will be sent to my confidential email. There is no need to download or print these forms. All information you provide will be kept in strict confidence.
